This eCommerce brand sells a medically tested shoe insert for active women and men. We first ran a full audit on the brand to assess the health of its online assets.
Through this process we were able to instantly reduce the cost of acquisition by simply changing how campaigns were optimised inside the ad account and by building up their retargeting campaigns. Previously, they had relied solely on cold audience advertising.
How we were able to drive CPAs to $14 (originally at $80!) was by restructuring the funnel, audiences and ad creatives.

FOUNDER STORY
Tamara Ashworth first started her career in Finance. This was an important foundation for success in marketing today, since growing an e-commerce business now depends 100% on how well one tracks and analyzes data to determine potential bottlenecks and how to resolve them. She then went on to complete her MBA in marketing at the University of Notre Dame. After her MBA, Tamara held a number of global strategic roles, including Global Brand Manager and Global Product Marketing Manager in both the US and in Europe. During her strategic marketing roles, Tamara lead a number of projects launching several e-commerce brands in the global market. She then came back to New York City, where she was recruited to head up the marketing department of a well-funded startup company. With her marketing and strategy expertise in leading the launch of several different e-commerce brands globally, Tamara set out to help more businesses reap the same success by establishing Ashworth Strategy.
